Inorganic Chemistry (CHEM 2125)
Advanced Inorganic Chemistry (CHEM 4121)
Organometallic Chemistry (CHEM 6126)

Research:
Research interests within the general area of synthetic, structural, and mechanistic inorganic and organometallic chemistry include: (i) poly(pyrazolyl)silane chemistry, (ii) coordination chemistry with multidentate sulfur-donor ligands, including polythioethers and poly(mercaptoimidazolyl)borates, and (iii) bioinorganic chemistry: synthesis of model compounds for the active sites in nickel hydrogenases and other sulfur-rich metalloenzymes.

The Camille and Henry Dreyfus Foundation, Research Corporation, the American Chemical Society's Petroleum Research Fund, and the National Science Foundation have generously supported our work in recent years.
